Introducing Amber
Amber Raven carries the titles mature and matriarch, and whilst her
bones agree, her mind does not. Although, her husband, three adult
children and four grandchildren might have other thoughts on the
matter!
Born on Hallowe’en, her fascination with anything witch,
Wiccan/Pagan related spans nigh on fifty-five years. Aged ten Amber
started asking questions, but as the celebrations of Hallowe’en were
not a ‘thing’ during her childhood in the UK, she accepted the answer,
‘they fly on broomsticks one night a year, and are the devil’s
daughters.’
During her later years, Amber turned her attention to reading more
about the white witch and their magick.
Older and a tad wiser, Amber has waited many years to release her
fantasy childhood friend Myrtle into the real world as a fictional
character, Myrtle Netherwell. A witch with the knowledge and skills
to turn weeds and herbs into medicine.
A visit to Weybourne in Norfolk, England, triggered the urge to write
her first ‘witch themed’ novel, and The Witches of Weybourne began
its journey from head to paper.
When not writing, Amber enjoys relaxing with Reiki and Sound Bath
sessions. She attempts exercise with minimal success, reads, walks a
lively Cockapoo, and loves coffee breaks with girlfriends.

Books by Amber Raven
The Weybourne Witches is the fictional story of women supporting women from beyond the veil. Souls in the Otherworld, watching over the living. Protecting them from a darkness threatening their bloodline.
It is a story about a family of witches and the Longe family in Norfolk.
Follow the lives of twin sisters Myrtle and Marigold Netherwell, daughters of Moonstone Netherwell. Of Summer Netherwell, the daughter of Gaia, and the legacy of their ancestors Theda, Willow, and Brigid Netherwell – each one a daughter of mothers' gone before – some living in peace and harmony and others persecuted by witch hunters and haters.
The story starts with the pending marriage of one witch with a Viking soldier and her struggle to survive. Her story bleeds into future generations of the Netherwell witches cursed to birth only daughters.
It is a tale of women supporting women, no matter the sacrifice.
